Prestige to Invest ₹3,350 Crore for Luxury Housing on Chennai’s Radial Road
Prestige targets Rs 3,350 crore for 2,000 houses on Radial Road
Chennai, July 2- ‘Prestige Estate Projects’ construction company is planning to raise Rs 3,350 crore through its upcoming apartment project in Chennai.
The Bengaluru-based company will build 2,069 luxury apartments on the Pallavaram-Duraipakkam Radial Road under the name ‘Prestige Pallavaram Gardens’. The project, which will be spread over 21.84 acres, will have a total construction area of 31 lakh sq ft for sale.
Prestige is involved in the construction of residential, commercial, hospitality and integrated township buildings in metropolitan cities including Chennai and Bengaluru.
